Exchange(s)
You have 15 calendar days to return an item for an exchange, beginning from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange(return), your item must be unused and/or restored to the same condition when you’ve received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You have 15 calendar days to request a refund from the date you’ve purchased it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be covered by JenesisLife if you ever decide to return the received product(s), however, shipping costs are not convertible into cash/money or used for the deduction of the product price.
You will receive the products in 6 – 8 days after you done the payment in Malaysia.
Once you’ve received the refund, the cost of return shipping will be borne by JenesisLife regardless of where you are!
Notes
- Admin fees will be deducted during the refund based on the transaction amount ( the nominal admin fees is 20 % of the final transaction amount )
- In the event if the product is out of stock during the return, the product refund amount will be calculated based on the retail price during purchase and will be deducted from the final transaction amount.
